courtesy of the sartorialist (i don't mean to infringe any copyright stuff, if i did)lately i've been wanting to get a tiny black leather jacket, i saw some pretty cute ones at Topshop and Pull and Bear. i especially liked the one by Kate Moss.
i tried convincing my sister to get one (cause i can't afford it) when she was in m'sia, that way i get to wear it when i visit her in december . . . sneaky, sneaky

then there's headband
i love headbands. but it's kinda tricky to wear it with fringe
did cha know in the 60's headband were worn to keep LSD patches from falling off the forehead

anyhoo i just love this whole look becuase it has everything i'm into now
denim dresses, boots, oversized clutches and aviators
i want aviators!

my weekend

after a not so productive morning of trying to conduct interviews for my stupid LAN asignment at midvalley with my mates, although i did enjoy the flat white and pancakes, i met up with melly at one u
paid a super long visit to sooi kee at Topman, she's working there till may, i probably seen everything in the shop at least twice (i know where brian got his shirt from)


sunday. . .
big day for me!
first i iron my own jumpsuit today, no burns =)
then i drove on my own for the first time, without my bro or dad!
so with my new found confidence i drove melly's place then with much help from melly i made my way to wen's
drove around wen's neighbourhood while deciding on where to go, we even got a peek of ah pek's house


we all wore flip flops, thank goodness cause it just rained


prayed a lot the whole trip to the curve
then. . . ok i found a really nice parking next to the escalators , then came the next problem, i couldn't get into the parking space
i struggled back and fort, wen lian had to get down to help me.
just when cars were starting to pile up behind me, this kind old man got down from his car to help me park my car!
embarrasing =]


i had lots of fun this weekend slacking, but i would soon realize tomorrow that i totally forgot about my legal essays due that day. . . shit

my 20's inspired dress got to see the sun today

i decided to wear my 20's vintage looking dress after watching the changeling yesterday ( shows' kinda boring so i spent the whole time drooling over angelina jolie's many many gorgeous hats and fur coats )
melly and rach's younger sisters were there too for their friends birthday thingy
anyhoo we went outside since it was the best place to take pictures ( sun , yes the sun + monograms+ cars + the nice white wooden wall thing, sorry dont know what to call it, at ralph lauren = nice pictures )
later at night i went for dinner with my brother, his girlfriend (hannah) and his best friend (kitty, he's a guy, kitty is just a nick name)
then we went to my condo to check out the new swimming pool / sports area, since i haven't been there for a while,
anyway the area was not open yet so we sneaked in , ooO , yea i climb under the tape , i'm a rebel !
the place is really nice , very chilling just how i like it =) then we sat on the swings, brand new ones yeee ( i like swings ) i competed with hannah to see who can swing higher but it was way too dark to see who won (but i know i did hah!)
