took this during last nights crazy fireworks display for Pai Tien Kong. everyone was trying to outdo each other which resulted in a 30 minute firework fest that could rival new years eve.
i don't remember it being so festive last year, or any other years in fact. did they lifted the band on fireworks or something?
oh funny story, i just found out the guy that sold us the fireworks in kedah is actually a cop! selling confiscated fireworks haha

Bean hunting around KL

listening to Zero 7 in bed because you've woken up too early but you don't want to get up just yet, because you can. ahhh the joys of being on holiday.
i'm back in KL for the rest of the break, or until i change my mind and impulse buy a ticket to oh i don't know, Mauritius.

days longer than nights

The sun rises at 6 and sets at 9. Something about that makes your day feel more productive (ok i'm on holiday, the most productive i get is going out for lunch haha) i love it! i don't want it to end just yet
